don't forget if you raise the saddle, you may have to move the saddle forward a few mm as well..
a bike fit should be fine then. But 20mm is a hell of a lot. Have you still got same shoes and cleats etc?
just a passing observation Jamie.... Back and knee problems, at the same time 2 years running ? Has it something to do with your position on the bike ...
