I think the minimum order is 10 items (specific items, like jerseys, shorts, etc).
What I have started doing with team kit is publish a shared spreadsheet on google docs that any invitee can edit, and add their request. Once there are 10 things, open an order.
Doing something like this for WVCC might ease/automate the process a bit...
It needs to go through committee Jim, there is one at the start of July so will get it confirmed then.
When I started selling club kit, it didn't go through committee, but we were a much smaller club then. It would make sense to have it agreed with the committee, and it won't be a long wait. You do not need to be a member of the committee to sell the club kit either. You do however need to keep in close contact with Steve Thomas who is responsible for Finance and Accounts.
