Meet at the station cafe at 10am as usual for as much or as little as you like. All welcome.
Top ride last time with a good spread of abilities. We all kept together so that everyone completed 2hrs or so. The trails should even be a little drier now after the fine weather.
Won't be able to make it tomorrow, I'm off to Snowdon, (walking unfortunately)
Hey, nothing wrong with walking, especially if you go over Crib Gogh – well why wouldn't you.
Have a good day
high caliber of riders this morning which meant for me that i had to step it up a gear, literally. luckily though, gareths reluctance to get his bike dirty keep me from being permanently at the bottom of the GC. Thanks to nick and ross, great trails yet again
Sorry I missed it – I bet Gareth is too as I could have won the lanterne rouge instead of him. Kev said it was a bit speedy. You'll all be pleased to know that working weekends hasn't entirely snoookered my riding as I did some substitute training – rode back from Styal last night (left my car at work) and rode back this morning – 18 miles each way, dead flat – not as much fun as being out with you lot but still got some miles in my legs.
Glad you enjoyed it Andy – thought you were going really well. The picture is from the top of Foel fras round the back of the Aber Falls which I went up after a road ride around the Lleyn Peninsular. From the Aber Falls hotel a ridable road then track take you to the top of Drum, from there it's a push, but rideable all the way down. That's the Great Orme in the background.
And there was me thinking that you found a new trail in Delamere!
