Defo the weather. Do not go out in that, don't mind so much if it starts when we're out. But hate it when its raining from the start.
Just warning you now, this route may change looking at the weather, and the fact I am full of a cold.
..it's been very quiet since the weekend, no trip reports, mis-adventure or entertainment to report from any of the three runs? 😮
There were only two runs, short and medium. Long run did not happen. Medium run went to two mills via the refinery and Eastham. It was very muddy and those people without mudguards should hang their heads in shame. Fairly uneventful with the exception of Carol taking a tumble on a corner thanks to a wet and shiny manhole cover, hope your not too badly bruised. Only a few minor GPS mishaps, you should know men cant multi task and I was talking at the time, I said it was to assist a regroup, not sure who bought the weak excuse. Decided at the Mills that we would come back as two groups so the faster riders could stretch their legs. I took the steadier group back down the cycleway, which was most pleasant and autumnal.
