Long Run Peak View (Hilly)
Short Run Wheelock (Flat)
Third Run TBA 60m +
Don't forget to set your clocks this weekend!!!!!
It's getting cooler, the shorts are now accompanied by leggings, and you desperately spend an hour looking for that other Sealskinz glove before the club run on Sunday (well I do)!
This means that the clocks are about to go back - this Sunday morning in fact.
This also means that the club runs revert back to the winter start time of 10:00.
If you forget both to set your clock and remember the winter meeting time, you'll find yourself cold and lonely at the legion at 08:30 this week...
...don't worry, go back home, have another brew, then come back at the right time. Nobody will ever know....
Also mudguards to be fitted as per the tradition when the clocks go back too!
Had mine on for a few weeks now 😎
Fitted mine on Sunday, sniff sniff 🙁
Thinking of a meandering route over to Two Mills, based on the wind direction forecast, some new lanes and pretty flat route, only two climbs to mention, Kingswood on the way out and through the Forest on the way back.
Looking about 63 miles all done
I can take peakview if you like. Nothing too severe, aim for around 70-80 miles?
Cant make this Sunday unfortunately, Ill be at Goodison Park COYB! Out Saturday tho
If we're going to Peak View we have to book a table!!! 🙂
Think were going to change it to Blaze Farm. Spoke to Jon Conboy on Monday.
Want me to plan a route or is there one sorted
resting sucks! 3 good options this weekend and i have to stay at home! 🙁
Can do Kris. A route without to many climbs, it's the not that time of year. Time for miles not alitude gain!!!
Out (37 miles):

Option of a shortcut after C&F climb for tired legs, or a loop through Flash.
Return (34 miles):

Few bumps, but mostly flat. Biggest climb will be up the Dumbers to Bosley.
Should total 72 miles, with 4000ft of climbing.
I Like it 😆
