Kev and I fancy an MTB ride on Monday, if the weathers OK we suggest Macc Forest meeting at Teggs Nose at 10.30, let us know if you fancy joining us. If weather too bad, watch this space, will probably go from the Blue Bridge instead.

seen some pretty snowy pictures of Langley recently, not sure what is like now though. Post up if you're going from the blue bridge but have a nice ride if you're going to Macc, the scenery will be amazing if the snow has kept.

Hope you had a good ride all - I managed an hour and a half along the Whitegate way.
See you at Delamere Saturday

Sorry we missed you Nick, we ended up not going to Macc Forest cos Kev's car malfunctioned...so Jim came to our house instead and we rode out along the Whitegate Way (where we picked up Phil Booth) and then did a few routes in the Forest, lunch at the station cafe then home. So I bet you weren't far from us. Apologies to Andy B too, sorry Andy as you'd said you could have joined us if we'd stayed local, but we didn't have your mobile number to ring you when we changed our plan.
'Twas a beautiful day and we had a fab time. Phil and Jim loved it and Phil (who said he had only gone out for a tootle on his own) said he'd not had as much fun since he was a kid on a BMX! Jim and Phil hadn't done the singletrack along the Whitegate Way nor in the Forest before but they're naturals and their fitness and strength showed on all the uphills.
I'll post a couple of photos when I get a mo...Del dec 14 3.jpg[/attachment:x7ne4ovo]Del dec 14 4.jpg[/attachment:x7ne4ovo]
