[attachment=0:24qwsgcz]photo0467.jpg[/attachment:24qwsgcz]Meet at the Station Café for 10am start as usual. Loads of great singletrack which is quite challenging, excellent fun and improves your bike handling skills. Learn how to “bunnyhop” like Cav did over that roundabout in last year’s Tour! This was Stu last time out. All abilities welcome – something for everyone in the forest.

Turned out lovely and the mud had started to dry up. 8 of us headed back towards home to try out the new Oakmere way which runs past Delamere Golf Club and the sand quarry to the permissive path which leads back to the Whitegate Way. This means we can now ride from Vale Royal to Delamere completely off road and it's a very pleasant route too. Thanks to Kev & El for showing us.

From the Whitegate Way we headed back to the Forest via Forest View pub to ride the perimeter path where Kev U had a collision with a cunningly disguised stump, landing heavily in a muddy puddle. After wipes and sticky plasters we were on our way again - Kev managed two more falls - clearly aiming for the club's Wobbly Wheeler award.

Tim was the only one who managed to ride the impossible climb before riding away from us all up Pale Heights as we headed back to the café for lunch in the sunshine. A good paced ride with a well match group - really enjoyed it.
