In the past I've always gone to Dave Hinde in Northwhich with no problems. There's also a bike shop on Weaver Street in Winsford that might be able to do it but I've never had wheels done there myself so can't say for sure.

The Weaver street shop is a guy called Gordon - I went in for a couple of spokes recently and he struggled to find the size saying he was attempting to retire again and wasn't doing wheelbuilding now.
He's an ex trackie from London and loves to talk bikes so If it's just truing he may help.

Apparently Hinde is an authorized Mavic repair centre, and specialises in wheel building.

Dave is a superb wheel builder who built up his business on the strength of his wheel building. I have wheels that Dave built for me nearly 30 years ago and they are still getting good use now.
