I just want to thank Peter Dooley and his wife for helping me yesterday when I had an 'off'. No bones broken, but the ambulance crew insisted that I had a check-up at Leighton. My face has gone purple, I have a lump on my head, and I have a black eye - so I will not be a great advert for cycling at the Festival on Sunday! I might need a paper bag over my head or something!
Thank you again Peter and wife for making sure I didn't fall into the river, and for calling the ambulance! I hope to see you again in better circumstances!

Thanks everyone. I have a virus too, so I am feeling a bit sorry for myself! I am sure I will bounce back before Sunday 'tho, but I had to cancel a Breeze ride to Jodrell Bank today which is really disappointing. I am leading another on 28th May, so plenty to look forward to!
