Sadly wont we out on a club run for a week or two yet. Ribs are fractured, not bruised and still playing up. Very frustrating, just want to get out on the bike again and keep the momentum going before we hit the crap weather.

Ouch! Painful! (Les will give you lots of sympathy!!). Take it slow. The bike'll still be there when you've recovered!
