".......only 7 more days to go!! For the past 5 months I have been training hard to get fit enough to cycle Lands End to John O'Groats to raise money for Cancer Research and British Heart Foundation. Both charities do such great work. If you can spare a donation, any amount would be appreciated, it will keep me pedalling when the going gets tough to know I am earning your donations.
