The idea is simple, jim stocks a product, you see the product cheaper elsewhere, he then offers you the product at the lower price plus your wvcc discount of ten percent (if there wasn't the discount, then you may as well buy it from the cheaper guy in the original deal), then, by way of thanks to jim, support your LBS by purchasing the product.
