this is by no means trying to take away from jules' spin classes that he has suggested. i have discussed with a few members the possibility of a group turbo session every week, it has so far been well received. my question to all of you is, how many people would be interested in this? will be mainly interval training but also some possibly longer tempo work which concentrates on technique and pedal stroke rather than just pure training. Initially i will run the classes using workouts from tacx website and other websites plus a small amount of my own knowledge the sessions will be around 40-50 minutes each session and can be totally controlled by those taking part, meaning if your legs hurt you can miss an interval, maybe not work quite as hard on one interval etc. the reason for group turbo sessions, is it takes away some of the boredom of a turbo trainer and means you dont have to sit and watch a dvd on the laptop or tv. It's also good for socialising and means you might be able to have a chat between intervals and so on. let me know what you think, any problems suggestions or anything else it's all welcome.

Only hassle i see is having to get your bike and turbo to a venue.
Haha good idea, My legs are a little tired after today 😆 but thanks for making them hurt or sowing the seed that I need to get out of that comfort zone that I am all too happy in 😆
If we can make it as local as possible I'm sure this won't be a huge problem Jules. And it's not a problem, there's lot out there to see when we go out of our comfort zones an its the best training
