2 weeks ago Caroline and I went for an epic ride to Appleton. 🙄 We went out to sus out Dingle Farm as it seemed like a good spot for the beginners rides. It's less than 10 miles from Hartford and although they don't do beans on toast etc, they do soup with rolls and cakes plus drinks obviously. Therefore it could be a good short break on the way back coupled with say a lunch stop at Dunham.
Setting aside the beginners rides it's a nice distance if you just want to stretch your legs for an hour or so but fancy a destination for a quick brew and cake (Alan) on a sunny day. It's a bit tricky to find so I've asked Ady if he will post it on our café map. I recommend the ginger cake Alan.
