This is a link to the coaching course I took recently to be able to instruct Gears1 and 2 for Go-ride clubs. It was a really interesting and informative course and I met some really inspirational people there. Much of the work is on online modules that you do in your own time, making it flexible and easy to fit in with your own work/ leisure patterns. It will be launched soon, but we were the first guinea-pigs! 🙂
