sunday the 16th is scheduled to have both long and short run to go to the mills, to avoid over crowding im suggesting that we have 2 groups one being slightly faster than the other. i would be happy to lead the faster group there, direct there and then on the way back perhaps down the river? however if the weather is good im sure the river will be packed. if we do have 2 runs it will save anne at the cafe being over run with people to serve. let me know if there are any objections.
The rides will naturally arrive at different time. The short run goes direct and the long run does a long loop there. As long as you let Anne know she fine. And after having 250 riders there today 40 WVCC members won't be an issue!!!!!!
either way i dont mind was just a suggestion.
Anyone got an idea of a route? Want me to plan one?
Fancy something with lumps if it's possible. Get some practice in for next Sunday.
I've got a route sorted for Sunday and it will have a few lumps. But they won't be taken at race pace!!!!!
What sort of distance are you doing?
Won't be massive 70ish.
Think I might head over to the peak district for some training. Looks like its going to be a nice day.
Practice the cat & Fiddle climb a bit.
i decided i would step up to the mark to write a blog for the short run https://www.weavervalleycc.org.uk/blog /"> https://www.weavervalleycc.org.uk/blog/
may be a bit ropey though
