As usual meet at the Station café for 10am start to ride the extensive Delamere singletrack. Hopefully conditions will have dried up a little.

Best turnout for ages (must be all that mud) saw 10 of us head over to Primrose Wood. Great to see some new faces along with the usual suspects.

Andy B making a comeback and practicing for Antur Stiniog on 26 April, Steve M (hanging up his ice axe for this this year now), Kev U flying from his Majorca week, Paul H (demonstrating why a front mudguard is a good idea) along with workmate Ryan out for the first time. Giles keeping up well (even doing the extra bomb-hole loop at the end), Stu going very well on a borrowed 29er, Anders on his full susser and Tim who clearly rides a bit.

Keep an eye on the calendar and this forum for future off-road rides - usually Delamere the first Sat every month. Next ride is Antur Stiniog 26 April

great ride thanks nick, can't believe how much my fitness has dropped off. didn't know that was your lad either till ten minutes from the end of the ride! and also, when you say 'practicing for antur' I hope you weren't refering to my falling off down that steep primrose hill decent!
