Many thanks to everyone who attended the 1st Aid session tonight and on the previous session .Hope you found them interesting and informative .
Steph has asked me to thank you all for your support and generosity in raising funds for her charity Guiding visit to Gambia in a weeks time .Gambia is one of the poorest countries in the world and Steph will be part of a team teaching villagers in 1st Aid and hygiene .
Donations are being used to supply 1st Aid kits and help build a playground for the local children there . Steph has also made a supply of fleece hats to be given to premature babies to keep them warm .
