Keith, all the best to you from Kev and me, we wish you a speedy recovery and lots of patience...
Looking forward to seeing you back out, whizzing past me up the hills.

I have been to see Keith at home this morning. Although he has taken a battering, he is facing his injuries with alot of resilience and is determind to recover as soon as possible.
Keep up the physio exercises Keith and try to be a patient, patient. It was good to see you in improving spirits and I'm sure, on behalf of the club, everyone will continue to send their best wishes for a speedy recovery.
Kind regards
Vince

Work at it Keith and you will get there. If you want to borrow "stabilisers", when you are strong enough, you are welcome to. Despite being awkward it helped me.
