I am interested. Does marshalling for WVCC races count as some of the 5 races you need to do?

Yes, I think this year that was the case. I'm assuming that this will also be the case in 2014. Best bet is to contact Adam Newall (adamnewall@britishcycling.org.uk.) who will be happy to clarify if this is still the case.
