GOOD NEWS.. a weekend break 24/25th of September is now on.
The BAD NEWS is that you need to stump up the cash in the next few days [before I confirm booking and numbers with the Hotel] At this late stage, only bank transfers will be accepted. The money is refundable until I confirm the booking [probably the 23rd Aug]

JUST TO REMIND YOU, THIS IS £130p/p [based on two sharing] FOR A TWO NIGHT STAY, YOU ARE RESPOSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN BIKE STOREAGE AND TRANSPORT TO AND FROM THE HOTEL.I have copied the key parts of the original note below.

I have reserved a 2 night stay at the Royal Victoria Hotel in Llanberis 24/25 Sept, all rooms are twin bedded and the cost will be £130 for 2 nights assuming two people sharing. For this you would have B&B accom on the Fri night/Sat Morn, and BB+EM on Sat night/Sun Morn.. I am not proposing an escorted ride over on the Friday and you would be responsible for you own luggage and travel over there. [although some may still choose to ride over] We would use Llanberis as a base and on Sat maybe a walk up Snowden and/or a club run around the area. [subject to finding leaders/navigators] Saturday night we’d meet for a meal and socialise till the bar shuts, on Sunday after breakfast, another club run. I have secured a couple of rooms to change in after the ride and before the journey home. Or you might want to go and do a bit of car sightseeing or shopping, I suppose the weather and how big your hangover is will influence what you do. The logistics are, currently I cant get secure indoor storage for bikes, so you would be responsible for you own bike, I have secured a smaller number of beds than normal SO this declaration of interest is only open to members of the Weaver Valley CC at the moment. Obviously, this weekend will be subject to whatever Welsh/English Covid Guidance exists in Hotels and Bars at the time.
