Long ride to Flash Bar Stores, Flash (01298 278 04).
This is a 3 star hilly ride, up the Cat n Fiddle (I have put the drag over Teggs Nose in there just for a change instead of straight up the main road). Stop at Flash Bar Stores and back via Allgreave and Gawsworth. The navigation stops on the way back at Pexhill. Two climbs of note – the Cat is just a long drag and after Allgreave I have put in the Nabs Road climb which is a testing 5 minute effort. The cafe is at around 34 miles and the total distance is about 68 miles.
