AGM

This is your chance to catch up on what the club has been up to in the last year, and what we are going to do in the coming year. Also your chance to get involved and bring your views and questions to the meeting.

If you have any proposals for consideration for the AGM agenda, then please submit them via email to the Club Secretary at ady@weavervalleycc.org.uk before 08/09/2020.

The AGM includes election of officials, club reports, plans for the year ahead in respect of events, but no food this year, as we’ll be streaming this event as a Zoom meeting!

As club members, you’ll have received an email by now (as long as your email details are up to date of course – contact me if not), with an invitation to the Zoom meeting.

The AGM is open to club members only.
