Seven riders on what turned out to be a spring morning with some sunny spells. A big range in abilities as you can see from this video! But we all enjoyed 2 hours+ on the singletrack around the forest.

great video, sorry i missed it as dry conditions are a rarity at delamere, i'm pledging my allegiance to the asphalt tomorrow on the inaugural run out with my new bike, maybe see some of you there
Sorry I missed out on this one. It was a heavy week and I was too knackered to make the 10:00am meet, although I did wander down later on via the Whitegate single track, up Old Pale and back again just to keep my hand in. Just as well cause I think my pads need changing before the lakes.

How was the new bike Andy? Watching that video, just makes you realise how much bigger steps and gradients look from behind a pair of handlebars!

Hi Ross, I can give you a lift Thursday if I have recovered. Not too well at the moment. You should buy decent gear, not those cheap Hope hubs! Must be the way you ride

That video made me look bad, done that descent a few times but head was in the wrong place I think! Really really looking forward to the lake district weekend.
