Hi All,
You may or may not know I ran a spin class every Wednesday night last winter. I'm planning too start again in mid-November, hopefully the 13th Nov.
I need 10 people every week(not including me) to make it work and keep cost to a minimum. This year it will cost £4 and will again start at 20:00 for an hour. I need to give them dates this year, but I want to do it every week apart from a break at Christmas. It will be at the MPA gym on Denton Drive, Northwich.
MPA would be willing to offer discounted membership if a number of people are interested in joining. Also if you have a niggle see Woody's brother Chris 😉

Just noticed my name on your list, whilst I am interested, I would not be able to commit every week, or indeed for the first few weeks ( until I move house at least), so I will review on a weekly basis and add my name as a reserve as and when required.

Joking aside you're doing a great job with these spin classes Jules. It stops our members from hibernating.
