Have got the info I was waiting for. First day will be Wednesday 6th Feb. Will need to book a week in advance, need to know ASAP what you prefer.

It will be first come first serviced. Me and Jim W so far.

1, All the bikes and we do what we want for £30. Max of 11 people

2, Proper class with an instructor for £50. Max of 10 people

Jim, Normal trainers are fine. There pretty old spin bikes so don't have the option for using SPD's. There in good working order though.

I'll be up for the 6th, burn off the birthday cake from the day before! I'm easy which ever way is decided, I say £30 for all of us would be good and we do our own thing.

I think we should go for the £30. I'll put a little plan together. Intervals and hills reps etc
