Well guys,
I am off trekking to Nepal for three weeks so will miss my Wednesday rides, so have fun. Will come back with lots of extra red blood cells ready for the club track session the day after I land 😮 😮 so see some of you there, I then need to get my head down and cycle my little legs off ready for LLanberis.
