Well Guys,
I am off trekking for three weeks in Nepal and will miss my Wednesday rides, but I will be back with a lot more red blood cells ready for the club velodrome session haha in fact I fly back the day before 😮 I must then get my head down cycle my little legs off and get ready for LLanberis.
