Memorial 24 miles Invitation Grand Prix des Gentlemen tt

Last year’s event went really well, attracting over 500 spectators in the warmth and sunshine. Carl Ruebotham, a former WVCC club member, and regular attendee of the annual club dinner, won it as a 2-up. This year Warrington Road Club would like to try and at least match those numbers so please pass this information on to your club mates and come down and spend the afternoon in the company of the past and present stars of time trailing & road racing. They will be milling around before and after their ride, and all of them friendly and approachable. The list of competitors is below, and it is an amazing list of the great and the good in time trialling!
At the HQ there will be refreshments available from 11am and start programmes and a chance to win a limited edition Johnny Helms Memorial long sleeve jersey.
First Rider Off at 12 Noon
The prize presentation will be held straight after the event with over £3000.00 in prizes being donated to the riders chosen charities

Good line up there, be interesting to see Kempy and Richard Handley together! Do we know the course yet? Al's off that weekend so happy to lead the short run.
