Anybody got any recipe's they swear by?
Recently bought this ( http://www.amazon.com/The-Feed-Zone-Cookbook-Flavorful/dp/1934030767) and it's been brilliant, as the gels & bar's get sickly after a while.
This is my diet, for a long ride (50+ miles).
Before: peanut butter on toast, and a banana
During: nothing (but I do like a scone laden with whipped cream and jam at a café stop)
After: Protein shake
For a short ride (under 50 miles), I only have the protein shake after - nothing before, or during.
These are good articles. May give you some ideas.
