Gina Bebbington and I had our first ride today as newly qualified leaders. We had a mixture of friends and beginner riders for our women-only Breeze ride. Several riders were quite nervous, and had dusted old bikes off to join us. The weather was superb, and the scenery was so lovely. It would be hard not to love cycling in these conditions!

Thank you Ady for publishing the ride on the website. We had 9 riders and two leaders, and we took a gentle trip to Antrobus Boat lift for a cafe stop where tea and a generous slice of cake was £3. Gina and I will be running these rides almost every week over the summer months, and it is free to book.
