Seems like the right decision,but I can't understand why it has taken so long. Schleck never held the position of defending champion.
Don't see why this is a banned substance, I have to take it all the time for my asthma, just gives me back the lung capacity I lose, no performance advantage at all.
It is also a stimulant, aids weight loss, and increases strength according to the literature !
Never experienced any of those benefits, maybe the dose for asthma is too low. Well there goes my hope of winning the next tour.
