3 brave [inspired, foolish, stupid - - delete as req'd] were out yesterday, 😀 Audax Heine, Andy and I made it to Holt, the real back lanes where not do able and at one point at Coddington we had to turn round, 😥 , but in the main it was OK. [we didn't fall off!] 🙄
Andy took my tip to wrap your SHOES in bubble wrap , under your overshoes , - as, wrap your FEET in bubble wrap- he then struggled to get his shoes on !-- by Hatchmere his feet were like ice blocks, it was very funny 😆 [you had to be there] to see him taking the bubble wrap off at Holt and trying to thaw his feet out [took me back to the 70's-- anyone of an age will know what I mean - Sunblest bread bags and ICI socks a go go] 😉
I clingfilm my shoes on really bad days 🙂

I preferred the earlier pinkish/red ICI socks, rather than the later 'Mond Orange', which were a bit less comfortable.... 😀
