Can't get bored over that short distance - you need to start training your "empty box" Woody

Great blog.

James and I set off at 9.05 for our own training run.

Malpas, Bangor, llanferes, llandegla, loggerheads, queensferry then on to eureka cafe. We arrived with 68 miles and a touch under 4000 ft elevation. Literally 20 mins later and we were off again with the short run group.

I got home with 97 miles on the clock, which annoyed me deeply but after having only a tiffin slab to eat at the cafe I was too hungry to care 🙂

Haha great blog Jim! How stupid did I feel getting stuck in the loo 😳 in my defence the handle was dodgy and I don't usually have to "push" to open that sort of door 😉
Had a good laugh today even though I was in agony for most of it 😥
Thanks for your company all of you 😀
