If anyone fancies a longer training run, please let me know. I'll be doing a malpas/bangor/Wrexham type route.
50-60 miles to café. I will setting off at 9am, aiming to get to Eureka by 12pm.

Nice flat flat run, about 52 miles from Hartford to the cafe, so should be there just before 1 providing we have no mechanicals.

If the weather turns nasty there is a short cut just the other side of Malpas.
