I get enough stick from Jim Duffy, without you having a go!!! 😉

It was great yesterday, really enjoyed.

I'm away for 2 weeks now so I'll see you all on the 17 August. ( 2 weeks of hills in Cornwall 😮 )

Hi,

Nothing really to report on the long ride. We rode to Plassey and rode back 😉 70 miles on the clock when I got home.

Loggerheads next week, hopefully the weather will be as nice as yesterday.

Sunday runs:

09:30 - Winnington Park Rugby Football Club - see calendar for updated start times (Most runs 10:00 during the winter months)

Tuesday evening (informal - usually a small gathering!)

20:00 onwards - Winnington Park Rugby Football Club

Wednesday runs:

10:00 - Hatchmere
