FYI, it's the Hell Run in the forest tomorrow.
Yes the Hell Run was taking place so we headed for Primrose Wood. Matt brought Justin along and Steve M brought Dave; both coped really well with the tricky, muddy conditions. From Primrose Wood we blasted down Tirley Garth then dragged up the Sandstone trail before heading back to Primrose for more challenging singletrack, over Old Pale again for the zig zag decent to complete 2.5hrs ride. Tim popped in to the cafe on his way back from the Hell Run which he had completed - sounded like he was well placed having led the second wave of runners home.
Tim won his age group 🙂
Well done Tim - should stand you in good stead for the Whinlatter Duathlon next weekend
