Weaver Valley CC took a Gold Medal today for their support on the annual
Guide Dogs for the Blind Charity Ride.
Some 48 riders took part from well respected veteran members to junior
first time club riders like Elliot & Jake who completed the tough route in places to the
Ice Cream Farm at Tattenhall.
Welcomed by Guide Dogs members and riders families on arrival the weather was
absolutely perfect and to top off this great event some really pleasing figures.
Weaver Valley CC sponsored donation Total £454
Guide Dogs Association 2day collections Total £380
Grand Total for the whole event £834
I’m so proud of the Blue & Yellow club for your support because this figure
Is growing each year.

S'okay, just edited the post title (blind dogs? don't think so!! 😉 ), added a small comment about Al (as he's guilty as charged!), and attached the image that I had in my blog post, which (as I'm sure Jim will be relieved by 😆 ) has now been removed.
Woody you're blog is hilarious had a good ole giggl reading it 😀 Jake really enjoyed himself today as I did!! The thing he found most funny was the amount of stick I got 😛 yes guys you know who you are!!! 😉 We had a great time! Thanks to everyone who helped to make it a very special day! 🙂 I'm away om holiday for the next two weeks. Have some great rides and I'll see you all when I get back 😀
