Graham was telling us a couple of weeks ago about someone from wvcc had a really nasty off. Martin Whyard informed me today it was Paul Mottram, a new member that has been with us on the long runs. I am not sure if he reads the forum but I would just like to wish him a speedy recovery. I do have his number so I will drop him a text.

Paul texted me back yesterday, he is on the mend and has even been on his bike 😀 He hopes to be back out with the club soon
