I thought it might be fun to add a little competition into the training weekend [a quote from a Mr Kemp -"remember it's not the Olympic Road Race "] so its like this,, the most inventive excuse for having a bad time on the way out will win a Cream Egg.You are unlikley to win with , "I was lacking in miles", "I punctured", "I had a mechanical" [unless it's really bizarre!]I will start proceeding by announcing that I am on antibiotics for a HUGE blood blister on the 2nd toe on my left foot that gone septic!! so when I get blown out the back on the climbs, it has notihing to do with my weight and plenty to do with my MY LEFT FOOT! if I bore on Sat night just tap me on the shoulder!
