Keith came off worst in a tumble on black ice at Walk Mill, Waverton.
About 8 riders who came down whilst on the Saturday run.
Keith has an operation on Sunday to set his shoulder and pelvis.
The front few had a wobble, but those behind weren't so lucky
I am sure we all wish Keith a speedy and successful recovery, and we hope to see him out soon.
Mend soon Keith, it could have happened to any of us.

Bad day to be out early!
I was out (Solo)around Huxley and Tattenhall (i gave up on waverton) early on Saturday. There was serious black ice everywere. I came across a cycling group from a Chester Club who had came off on the black ice. One in particular had a bad head wound. A woman motorist had stopped to help she flagged down a passing friend in a passing 4x4 with trailer to recover the injured.
There are still some good people out there.
Best wishes to Keith and the Chester injured.
Neil
This is terrible. Hope you recover soon Keith and the injuries aren't too serious.
Hope the other 7 are ok as well.
So sorry to hear about your crash, Keith...and about your resulting injuries. All the very best to you from Kev and me for a speedy recovery...
