Weaver Valley CC contingent of Kev and El, Dennis H and Pete W and I all enjoyed this event again. Weather wasn’t good, a cold NE wind and grey skies, but it stayed more or less dry and the mud wasn’t as bad as some years. 22 miles of typical Welsh tracks marked out and marshalled around the beautiful Ceriog Valley from the village of Rhiwlas. Organised by the Rotary Club,proceeds/sponsorship goes to local charities / air ambulance. It is a lovely, if hilly, route and we certainly felt that we had earned the sandwiches, cakes and tea afterwards.
