It’s that time of year again were you may be thinking about membership of individual membership of BC [or the CTC] just to let you know that BC are again offering a discount for the 1st year of membership when you are confirmed as a member of the WVCC. [everybody should join either BC or the CTC for insurance purposes] if you want to become a member [and you all should if your not already] fire me an email and I send you a form.
