For those that don’t know, I’ve now taken over the role as runs captain from Al. Al has done a fantastic job over the last 10 years so no pressure on me then!! Big thanks to Al but he’s going nowhere!! He will still be leading the short run when he’s out.
I don’t see the need to change anything, everything runs like clockwork on a Sunday. One thing I would like is for you all to have an input into the club runs. Whether this is leading one or letting me know where you would like to go if you’ve heard of a new café etc. Remember it’s your club and I want to make sure everyone plays their part in what we do on a Sunday.
It goes without saying that the priority is that we always remain safe and look after each other when we’re out. Be respectful of our fellow road users and uphold the great name this club has in the North West.
