Grizedale Duathlon.http://www.highterrainevents.co.uk/2.html 6.5km Run, 24km cycle & 6.5km run all off road and taking in much of the North Face trail in Grizedale Forest. It’s a great event, may be able to provide a lift if anyone fancies it.
