Training ride tomorrow. 0930 outside the Kingfisher on Kingsmead and 0945 Hanging Gate, Weaverham.

Plan is to put some more miles in on the way to the Mills then direct back. Looking to do around 70 miles this week 🙂

Another great ride. 11 turned up this morning. Myself, Campbell Jnr+Snr, Woody 1+2, Jon C, John K, Andy A, Keith, Titch and Max. Nearly 70 miles at an average of 19.6mph. Lots of through and off including what was called speed dating on a bike. Everyone had 2 miles on the front as we changed at the front every mile. Worked really well and everyone played there part in making the ride a very good one.

Same next week. 0930 at the KF Kingsmead and 0945 at the Hanging Gate Weaverham.

A great ride it certainly was. A proper training ride, disciplined and quick enough without falling apart into a race.

See you all soon.

A training ride it was every single 75 miles. Exhausted, legs on fire but buzzing, cheers Julesy.
