As you all know I'm not one for runs write ups or blogs but when Ady is out my words just could'nt match Ady's pictures and comments Thanks All for today really great ride well done Ian / Emily and good to see Jack back with us 🙂

Great blog Andy!! 😀 it's good to be back cycling with the club after a 3 month absence, couldn't think of a better way to spend my Sunday than hoping on my bike with a great group of people beans on toast an the sun on my back 😎 thanks for planning the day Al your a legend 😉
