As an iconic modern man (or as some may also add: athlete, role model or the nearest next best thing to David Beckham), Woody hopes that he can influence many others to participate accordingly in today's modern times".

Worth saying it's great seeing lots of new faces especially in the girls! Hopefully we'll have a girls 4up team this year! New girl Rachel even mixed it up on the sprint back home!

Short run rode very well today and it's worth noting. This was a comment on the Winsford Wheelers Facebook group today "When I was riding back today you know on my own like, WVCC came the other way I would estimate at least 30 or more riders, they were tight and moved as one it looked rather impressive and polished".

Another reminder to always be on our game, keep it tight, neat and tidy.

We'll be looking at extending the short rides to 60-70 miles during Winter in the run up to Llanberis, all dependent on weather & ability in the group.

I thought it was a well controlled and smooth run throughout. The pace was good, and everyone played their part. 🙂
