My target for this year has been the Nationals this weekend however because of the really disjointed last couple of months i've had my fitness is nowhere near what it needs to be.
So, I'm going out for a long ride on Sunday instead (100 miles or so), out to Wales, somewhere hilly. If anyone wants to join me let me know and we can meet at the Legion.

If I weighed 55kg I would look like skin and bone!!! I weigh 59 kg but don't tell anyone!! 😉
Carol is a fine climbing weight as we witness each week.
To put things into context, Contador at 61kg, is only 2kg more than Carol and a fair bit taller than here and he is the best part of 2 stone lighter than me and he is 5ft 9, the same as me. This make me look positively obese!
It was that triple layer chocolate cake!!! I'd be 58 kg if I'd not eaten half of that haha!! 😆
