Our annual club dinner, where we actually wear normal clothes and make attempts at socialising, is to be held on the 2nd February 2013.

Once again, this will be held at the Winington Park Recreation Club ( http://www.wprc.biz/). This year, we are changing the format slightly,in that we have opted for a hot buffet. Dress code is to be smart - so dig out the suits gents!

Our very special guests this year are Barney Storey and Dame Sarah Storey OBE, who will kindly join us despite their incredibly hectic schedule following their incredibly successful 2012.

Tickets are priced at £20, and are available from Graham Gregory.

7:00pm for 7:30pm

Just a further post, and one especially aimed at newer members of the club - some who might think that they are 'too new' to attend the club dinner - no!! you are more than welcome, so come along, and enjoy a relaxed evening.

As stated above, there is the hot buffet dinner, prize raffle, quiz, prize/award presentations, and not forgetting our very, very special guests, (who'll be saying a few words and helping with the prize giving) - Dame Sarah Storey DBE* and Barey Storey MBE.

*Sarah is on ITV4 tonight (9th Jan), as co-presenter of the Revolution - 8pm.

You can always wear your skeleton costume if you're stuck... 😉

Llanberis - brilliant!! That's what we wanted to hear. Stick with us in the grupetto, and we'll all (eventually) get there!!! 🙂

It's not the Sportsmans you need to worry about 😉 It's all the other climbs before and after it 😯

I ate Llanberis pass for breakfast. Only given 6/10 in the UK's greatest climbs book.
